Lisa is a graduate with a HND in Employee Relations who enjoys working in both the public and private sectors.

Lisa has a strong track record operating as a HR generalist and consultant. More recently, she has worked extensively on the implementation of HR projects with a focus on change management, resource planning, and formulation of policies and procedures to improve business performance and efficiency. Lisa has extensive skills and knowledge in relation to managing restructuring, employee relations, compliance and conflict resolution. She is experienced at working in a unionised environment and has worked in partnership on the implementation of a number of change initiatives.

An ADR Accredited Mediator and trained CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coach, Lisa continues to expand her already impressive portfolio and expertise in the area of conflict resolution and conflict management. Lisa has successfully mediated several complex workplace disputes and offers informed and insightful solutions to managing conflict.
