Paul Bishop BA MA (HRD) MCIPD

Paul is a talented HR Practitioner and Trainer with wide ranging experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Paul has 20 years' experience in senior corporate Human Resources and Development roles in organisations as diverse as Reed International and SCA Packaging (UK and Swedish Paper Industries), Dr Barnardo's Head Office, Ashford Borough Council and Brett Group (Construction and Manufacturing).

As a consultant Paul has worked on a range of assignments since 2002, including the design and delivery of an organisation wide Treatment of Others programme based on appropriate behaviours in the modern workplace against the backdrop of diversity and anti-discrimination legislation.

In the Training and Development arena, Paul is highly accomplished in delivering standard and bespoke programmes across the leadership and people management skills spectrum.

Paul is qualified and licensed in a range of market leading psychometrics and is a skilled and experienced CEDR accredited mediator.

Jennifer Bowden, Chartered FCIPD, MInstLM

Jennifer's early career was in sales and marketing then to HR working in both generalist and specialist roles. Her last corporate post was as Director of HR for Tiphook PLC after which she founded her second consultancy 2005.

Jennifer is a qualified and skilled coach, consultant, facilitator and business woman and has a track record within both the public and private sector.

Jennifer is a past Chairman of West Kent Chamber of Commerce; Vice Chair of City Women's Network, Vice Chair of CIPD Kent Branch, has served as a non-Exec Director and currently works with the Police Service.

Her interests are to resolve workplace issues around discipline, grievance, bullying, harassment and equality, and to build capability

Cliff Grieve BA(Hons), Accredited Mediator

Cliff is a former detective superintendent and former head of professional standards and legal services for Kent Police. He is an experienced negotiator and was the senior British police officer responsible for designing the safety and security regimes for the channel tunnel.

Cliff has a first class honours degree in Law and Social Policy from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a post graduate qualification in mediation from Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, London. He has experience in mediation in education, local government, commerce and family.

Cliff has a wealth of investigation skills and experience which he successfully transfers to the work setting. Cliff has also got extensive experience of investigating local government Standards and Ethics complaints.

Elizabeth Nicholson

Elizabeth Nicholson is a qualified commercial mediator who started her career as a City Solicitor. After studying at London Business School for her MBA, she held a variety of senior positions in the City before becoming MD of a specialist healthcare company for 9 years. Elizabeth has tutored in interpersonal and negotiation skills both in business and on the Georgetown University (Washington DC) International Graduate Management Program with Oxford University.

She now concentrates on organisation and people development, where she acts variously as coach, consultant, mediator and independent investigator.

Catherine O'Connell B.Sc.Psych., M.A.Med.

Catherine is an accredited conflict management coach, coach mentor and trainer in CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coaching. She is an M.I.I. (Mediator's Institute of Ireland) accredited workplace, family and community mediator

With a background in Sales and H.R. Management, an M.A in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and B.Sc in Psychology, Catherine develops training in Conflict Management and Communications skills for leaders, groups and organisations. She also does training for organisations and communities in the Enneagram Personality System

Catherine also volunteers as a trainer, mediator, conflict management coach and mentor for Mediation Northside, a community organisation in North Dublin City. She is a member of the international Association of Conflict Resolution and an M.I.I conference committee member since 2009.

Mary Rafferty B.Ed.,M.Sc. M.M.I.I

MARY is a CINERGY™ accredited Trainer and certified Conflict Management Coach as well as an accredited Practitioner Mediator (M.I.I.). In private practice since 2006, Mary brings her experience from two previous professional careers - education and social work - to a field she is passionate about - helping people to find ways towards greater harmony in their relationships at work, and ultimately better peace of mind.

Mary is also Lead Trainer on an MII Approved Accredited Mediation Programme to Certified Level and has completed the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) Master Skills Mediator Training Project.

Mary is a Director of the Mediators' Institute Ireland since 2008 and Chairperson of the Mediators' Institute of Ireland Conference Committee.

GREG SPIRO MBA, Chartered MCIPD, CEDR accredited mediator

Greg has worked for thirty years as Organisation and People Development, helping private and public sector clients lead and manage change. He is especially interested in the diffusion of culture and leadership into the strategic and operational goals of the business as a whole.

Greg is a mediator, specializing in the interpersonal and organisation conflict that can beset the work and lives of leaders, their teams and networks. He works with clients on developing collaborative skill and capability in joint ventures, partnerships and networked organizations. His adopts a coaching, facilitative style underpinned by expertise.

He has a great deal of international experience particularly in the Asia Pacific region. He currently teaches negotiation, change management and cross-cultural management on the Georgetown University (Washington DC) program in international management with Oxford University and has previously been Visiting Lecturer at London Business School in Interpersonal Management Skills. Greg operates out of the UK and Singapore.
